Brandan, and Mary, both 23-year-olds, made their reality TV debut with season 5 of the spin-off in 2023. They quickly became popular because they were on video call with each other 24/7, even when they were eating, taking a bath, or sleeping. Mary and Brandan were in a long-distance relationship for two years until he moved to the Philippines.
Brandan and Mary had both been cheated on before, which added to their trust issues. Mary, on the other hand, was lying to Brandan when she met her male friends. The rules of their courtship did not apply to Mary, as she was the one being possessive about Brandan and had also suggested the idea of video calling.
