Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Paid Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess Meta Certification and Google Ads certification, along with a strong educational background and 6-10 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute paid marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
– Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
– Conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
– Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and meet marketing objectives.
– Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficiency while maximizing campaign performance.
– Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
– Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights, and present them to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
– Meta Certification and Google Ads certification are required.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
– Proven experience as a Paid Marketing Manager or in a similar role for 6-10 years.
– Extensive knowledge of paid marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
