Job Description

:-                                                                     1. Converting prospects into customers and call leads to fix site visit or set up meeting with the customers.
2. Identifying the Leads for Full Execution projects.
3. Conversion of pre generated leads by attending meeting clients
4. Achieving sales target. Attend to walk-in clients. Negotiating with clients for deal closures.
5. Maintain daily sales report.
6. Introduction calls and follow up calls on central assigned leads and Regular follow ups with the customers & follow up on the leads generated.
7. Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base and increase business opportunities through various routes. Perform field work for achieving sales.
8. Negotiating payment and pricing
9. Sign MOU (memorandum of understanding) for design (as per target) along with advance.
10. Collection of initial amounts as per MOU and making initial payments collection from clients through bank transfers towards company’s bank account.
11. Should be willing to travel on a frequent basis in their target region.
12. Past experience working in Construction or Interior organization is a plus.
